How can I contact 2U HQ?
Everything 2U does is designed to be as automated as possible, so you can quickly find answers to all your questions online. Please make sure you read the Affiliate Training Centre pages in full at www.2uaffiliates.com/training-centre before contacting us at 2U HQ.
We are happy to respond to any query you may have about your 2U website and account, after you have read this Frequently Asked Questions page in FULL.
Please make sure you have read this before writing in, as most questions you may have are answered here.
If you have a question that is not answered in the FAQ, please write to us. You will need to follow these rules of engagement;
- Do NOT be rude. We have had a few instances of less than civil messages. We will not respond to rudeness. If you feel there is a problem with your 2U site or account, please remember 3 things...
- We are human.
- Your 2U site is FREE
- Because of constant improvements in your 2U site (eg the latest phones etc) your site may periodically be unavailable for a few seconds, as your site is updated.
- Make sure you include in all correspondence;
- Your name and
- Your 2U subdomain
