We at 2U Headquarters will do everything we can to help you grow your 2U business - and you do need to look upon it as your own business. We will take care of everything from the site maintenance, to taking the online payments, from getting the order despatched and out to your customer, through to getting you your commission money each month.

What you have to do is PROMOTE your 2U business. That is all.

You do everything you can to promote and bring buying customers to your 2U website. They buy, and you profit! That is all you have to do. The rest is taken care of for you. But do not underestimate the power and importance of PROMOTING your site. Remember: It is YOUR 2U business. You control your own commission income!

  • How will you be paid - on all qualifying products?

Simple Explanation:

Sales made in month 1 are paid in month 3, usually on or around the 25th of the month.
NOTE: We now pay direct into your bank account which means you don't have to go to the bank with a cheque, and it is in your bank far quicker.

We pay you online so that you don't have to go to the time and trouble of banking a cheque.

This is how you accept your commission ...

This is how your commission will be paid to you
  1. You make a sale in month 1
  2. Month 3, on or around the 25th you receive an invoice notification by email
  3. You login at http://users.2u.co.uk
  4. You click the invoice in your login area to return it to 2u HQ
  5. 2u HQ then pay you your commission money direct into your bank account
To explain your 2U commission payments we will use an example.

e.g.
A number of products get sold through your 2U website in month 1.

Our Returns Policy allows your customers to return their product to us for a full refund within up to 28 days after the purchase. This gives your customers good Customer Service and keeps them happy to return to buy from you again. Obviously, there can be no commission paid on Returned & Refunded goods.

If a customer bought their product from your 2U site on month 1 day 31, then the Returns time means they could return the product 28 days later, on month 2 day 28. This would be the last day for any possible returns and refunds. Only then do we know exactly how much commission you have earned after any returns.

So now, in month 3, we generate an invoice for your 2U commissions. We email notification of this to you and make it available in your user login area at http://users.2u.co.uk

Legally, we have to show audit trails for all of our payments, as all companies do. Because of this, we need an invoice back from you in order for you to be paid. To do this, all you need to do is return the invoice to us via the user login area at http://users.2u.co.uk (not by email). It is simply a 2-click process, so will take less than 1 minute. You do not have to amend any details or do anything to the invoice we supply you, just simply click the buttons to return the invoice to us. This way, we have an audit trail, and you can get paid your 2U commission.

To view the details of the invoice, you click on "details". This will give you a pop-up window with a line-by-line break down of all your sales, the total sales amount, and your total commission amount, as in this example below (the product is fictitious). This will also keep a running score within the month, with each new sale.

All you need to do to return the invoice to us in order to get paid, is tick the invoice tick-box and click on the "Submit checked invoices" button. You will then be returned to your user area.

So the invoice goes out to you in month 3. This invoice needs to be returned to us as soon as possible in order for you to be paid at month end. You will not lose any commission if you do not return the invoice by the month end (so long as it is returned within 2 months). Invoices not returned by the month end will roll over to the next month, and will be paid once the invoice has been returned (with next month's invoice as well).

NOTE: If your invoice is not returned within 2 months your commission will be cancelled and cannot then be paid. We cannot old commission indefinitely.

Once the invoice is returned by the month end, the commission will be paid at month end (to allow for the necessary administration). So at the end of month 3, we will pay your commission direct into your bank account, into the bank account details you give in the Users area. If you want to check or change the details we have for you, you can login in at http://users.2u.co.uk and amend the details.

Obviously, the more products or the higher the price of the products you sell, the more commission you earn.
The products are priced in a very intricate way, to give your customers good value for money (such that they will come back to your site and buy again), and such that they are high priced enough for you to make a good profit on the commission.

When you look at these figures, remember the power of a repeat customer! The products are priced deliberately such that customers will come back to your site and buy again. Also, marketing emails that 2U headquarters send out to your customers will contain the link to YOUR 2U website, not the main www.2u.co.uk site, so YOU get the commission for returning customers that WE do the repeat-marketing work for!

Commission Example:
If you sell £500 worth of accessories products and each of your 20 sub-affiliates (we already have affiliates with 50+ sub-affiliates!) each sell £500 worth of products, your commission invoice will be as follows;
Commission from your own 2U site =
£500 x 10% = £50
Commission from your 20 sub affiliates' sites. =
20 x £500 x 2% = £200
Your total commission = £250

We have deliberately given you a conservative example here - only 20 sub-affiliates is a small figure since we have affiliates now who have easily gained 50+ sub-affiliates. £500 is not a large amount given that the average accessory price is £10 to £50, with certain products over £150. If you only sold 4 products a day averaging a £10 each, you would generate a total of £1,240, sales.
Imagine you now have 50+ affiliates. This would earn you commission as follows;

Commission from your own 2U site =
£1,240 x 10% = £124
Commission from your 50 sub affiliates' sites. =
50 x £1,240 x 2% = £1,240
Your total commission = £1,364

As these two examples show, you can grow your 2U business by just selling products yourself, or selling products AND promoting your site to other affiliates, so they become your sub-affiliates. You want to do this because you will ALWAYS earn commission on the products sub-affiliates sell from their site, now, tomorrow, always!!
