How to use your everyday emails to promote your 2U site
Its so simple its silly, but all you do is put your 2U site in as part of you sign off. This 'sign-off' is called a signature file, or 'sig file' for short. Here is an example;

NOTE:
1. Dont miss a chance to mention your 2U site, and feel free to use that tag line - "Your chance to make money with mobiles".
2. make sure you give the FULL address for yout site eg http://your-subdomain.2u.co.uk - This will then be hyperlinked (clickable) in most email browsers.
3. write your email address as "mailto:youremailaddress@you.com" with the "mailto:" in front of the address. Again, this makes it clickable in most email browsers.
4. You can use these as autoresponders if you use them, or when you are on holiday etc.

Obviously, you need to change the web address to your subdomain 2U address and your email address.
Now you need to amend your signature file that is saved in your email browser (eg Outlook, Eudora). For example, in outlook, you go to "Tools", "Options", "Mail Format", and select the signature file. Then simply copy the text you want to use and paste it into this signature file, and save the changes. You may want to use the sigfile for both new emails and for replies to incoming mail. To do this you will need to make sure the "Dont use when replying or forwarding" or "Use when replying or forwarding" option is checked or unchecked as relevant.
Dont forget to use this approach in your autoresponders.
Now you will be promoting your 2U site everytime you send an email!
Also, we use a system called "Aweber". This enables you to personalise your emails with any given data field e.g. name, address etc. Highly recommended.
