How to make great pages
You need to understand basic HTML language to be able to create website page. It is not hard and we recommend learning the basics, so you understand what goes on behind you site. This gives you much more control.

Tools to help you create pages
There are many software tools to help you create webpages. However, we recomend that you start by hard coding (ie typing the code, character by character). This is because
- You will better understand the structure of your site,
- The software can often use more code than is necessary, making bigger files with longer download time, and
- The software can often lay the code out in a manner making it very difficult to later edit the page.

How to get your pages into your website
When you create and write your webpages they will be on your computer. They need to be on your web host. How do you get them there? You need file transfer software, called FTP or File Transfer Protocol. THis allows you to easiliy move files from your computer to your host area. A good starting point is BulletProof FTP. They offer a 30 day free trial.
You can then 'upload' your files to your host area. Once you have got a test pages, it is worth uploading them to test what they will look like in a browser, when you actually go to the web address.
Web layout and design
You need a website that has a design appearance that says to the potential customer "We are professional. We are fresh and modern. We are smart" etc. You can design your own from scratch or you can use someone else's template (make sure you have permission - NEVER copy without permission).
You can find many free template site layout designs in Google. For example, Freesitetemplates.com. You will find others searching in Google eg for "Free web design templates".
Site structure
Before you even touch a keyboard to create your site, you need to design the site structure - that is, what pages link to what, and how. Think of the site like a family tree. Pages can be within another web folder (directory). For example, the 2U page about mobile phone insurance loss is within the folder directory "mobile-phone-insurance".
DRAW THE SITE STRUCTURE ON PAPER. Make the site stucture as simple and as intuitive (obvious) as possible.
What Product?
What is your site going to promote? Are you going to promote all the 2U products, or just focus on 1 or 2?
We recomend creating a separate website for each different 2U product type eg mobile phones, insurance, mobile accessories etc.
